When you place an order at Michael Joly Editions you will receive an immediate automated email acknowledgement. By the close of the next business day, your order will be packed at our West Coast warehouse and shipped via UPS Ground.
Warranty
The Cascade "Gomez" Michael Joly Edition microphone is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of (5) five years from the date of original consumer purchase. The original ribbon element carries a (1) one year warranty from the date of purchase. A one-time replacement is offered during the warranty period if the ribbon should fail within the first year. Cascade Microphones will either repair or replace the product at no charge. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges if past the initial first 30 days of purchase.
THE WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO THE PRODUCT IF IT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY MISUSE, MODIFICATION, ACCIDENT, IMPROPER HANDLING OR OPERATION, OR IF UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS ARE ATTEMPTED OR MADE.
Return Policy
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Sale before opening and/or using any Cascade Microphones products. All sales to Buyers are subject to the following terms and conditions. Buyer's acceptance of these terms and conditions shall be made by acceptance of any Cascade Microphones product.
30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed:
Michael Joly Editions is a sales agent for Cascade Microphones. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, exchange, or store credit (must be returned within 30 days of invoice ship date). To qualify, returned items must be in new condition (no signs of wear), including original packaging, all documentation, etc...
Returns that are not in like new condition are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Customer is liable for shipping charges on returns (Product must be shipped via UPS or FedEx (we will not except a return through the US Mail service).
Note: Product(s) sold internationally is not returnable.
Delivery
All product transportation will be FOB origin from Olympia, WA. Shipments will be sent via standard UPS Ground unless prearranged at time of order. Additional charges will be applied for special handling requests made by Buyer. Buyer shall examine all products upon receipt and shall notify Michael Joly Editions (michael@michaeljolyeditions.com or 413.627.5513) of all order discrepancies or if rejection is intended. Freight charges and handling costs will be charged to Buyer for rejected orders unless otherwise resolved and approved by Michael Joly Editions. Cascade Microphones and Michael Joly Editions shall not be liable for delays in delivery or for loss of revenues due to delays in delivery, failure to perform, or delivery of incomplete/defective merchandise due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Cascade Microphones or Michael Joly Editions. Cascade Microphones is entitled to delay shipment for failure by Buyer to pay within preset payment terms.
Return Procedure:
Please call Cascade Microphones at 360.867.1799 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returning items without a Return Authorization number will be refused.

Address corrections or changes:
Payments made through PayPal require that the Seller ship to the Buyer's Confirmed address. Product will only be shipped to the Buyer's Confirmed address. It is the Buyer's responsibility to make sure that their Confirmed Address on file with PayPal is current. Any address corrections or returns back to sender due to an incorrect address, is the responsibility of the Buyer. All fees associated with an address change will be charged to the buyer.
